To use the Human Resource Module of MXP means, entering all details of a crewmember only once. If the crewmember rejoins or transfers to another ship of the company all information remains stored in the system and is accessible from every installation any time.

All crewmembers that have been entered into MXP are viewable on all installations, also crewmembers on vacation. Out of this pool, crewmembers are getting signed onto a ship and activated for the selected installation.

The MXP Human Resources module offers a complete set of tools to store and maintain employee records with many additional functions, to reduce the workflow.

  • MXP captures everything about human resources:
  • Additional tools: your standardized contracts, welcome letters, beneficiary forms, employment letters, etc. can all be customized in the MXP Human Resources module
  • All information about crewmembers are up to date, as they will be maintained from shore as well as from ship side and replicated between all installations on a daily base
  • User access rights are fully configurable
  • History of all crewmembers are stored in one place and accessible based on the user rights
